Whenever I'm in New York, I take the Friday afternoon sketch class at the Art Students League on W. 57th St. A veritable institution in NYC, the league has been in the same location for over 100 years. Many artists have studied at the league, including jackson Pollock, Norman Rockwell, and Georgia O'Keefe.
